Music is a universal language, an energy that brings joy into our hearts.

With this album, Klarisa intends to convey this joy to everyone and make us dance and sing whenever and wherever we are. The joyful rhythms, the Caribbean sounds and styles reminiscent of the sea and summer, the carefree and cheerful songs aim to make us feel good.

Music, but, more generally, sound is the fastest way to communicate. Nature is permeated with sounds and the sounds are contained in everything.

Klarisa wants to talk to you about some of the songs featured in this album.

Amata venu: Originally it was written in Zulu (Sithandwa sami). It is born from a little romantic melody that popped up in my head right after I started learning something new in Zulu. My goal was to communicate with everyone and above all to bring joy and carefreeness through the reggae rhythm, sharp sounds, and energetic melody. The words seem to embrace us by taking us by the hand and make us dance.

Jen li la hom’: This piece was born a few years ago. Originally it was in Swahili and its title was Yeye ni mtu. Its history is long and interesting. I did the first sketch at school during recess between lessons; after a while, I added an extra part on the bus, while riding, and then I polished it off. The song aims to demonstrate how inconsistent man is: good and vile; but with a delightful rhythm that brings with it joy, played with ethnic African and Indian instruments.

Ludu nun: Now it's the turn of the songs born directly in Esperanto. This piece, written at the end of summer, aims to bring my heart and everyone's heart back to this beautiful season, carefree and romantic, when, between dances, songs, and evenings by the sea, loves and adventures are born, and at the same time you have fun under the sun.

Vera kaj pura: True love has no boundaries. This piece explains that well. Love is universal, everyone can project it wherever the soul wants. In this way, each of us will imagine a story, an adventure that will take shape right inside us. Just as the song contains sounds and styles from the world, love unites all.

Venu brakumi: How beautiful it is to hug one other.... It doesn't matter if it's friends, family members, or a partner.... Hugging is an instinct too often suppressed for the fear of disturbing. Let's let our hearts be free and embrace each other whenever we feel the need. This piece is an invitation to embrace one another and align ourselves with others in complete love, which envelops us in the most beautiful embrace in existence.
